Print is only on one side. The other side had nothing. I can usually find what pills they are but am having no luck. Any help appreciated. ## Hi Sam, Is there any chance your pill says "S521" as opposed to 5521? Reason I ask is because I stumbled upon a white rectangular shaped pill (approx. 9mm in size) marked with S 521. This particular pill is identified as a 10mg Cetirizine hydrochloride tablet used for treating cold and allergy symptoms. So I was given this pill marked "S-521" by a family member and was under the impression it was Promethazine (Phenergan) but when I looked it up it showed up as Cetirizine?! So is it not for nausea? If so, the marking is S21 and does not contain any type of narcotic, The tablet contains 500mgs of Penicillin an antibiotic used to treat various types of infections.
