Print is only on one side. The other side had nothing. I can usually find what pills they are but am having no luck. Any help appreciated. ## Hi Sam, Is there any chance your pill says "S521" as opposed to 5521? Reason I ask is because I stumbled upon a white rectangular shaped pill (approx. 9mm in size) marked with S 521. This particular pill is identified as a 10mg Cetirizine hydrochloride tablet used for treating cold and allergy symptoms. NOTE: the S and 521 are on the same side of the pill, with the other side being blank. Please post back if you think we might be onto something here. I hope this helps!

I'm trying to figure out which medicine it is. It's a white and round pill marked with AN / 521. Any answers? ## Amneal Pharmaceuticals lists this tablet as containing 25mgs of Promethazine, which is most commonly used to treat, or prevent nausea, and vomiting. So I was given this pill marked "S-521" by a family member and was under the impression it was Promethazine (Phenergan) but when I looked it up it showed up as Cetirizine?! So is it not for nausea? Just a little confused that's all. ## Yes, that is correct, is contains 10mgs of Cetirizine. NDC: 16714-0271 Since it is an antihistamine, it might help with nausea, as most of them do, but this one is not specifically used to treat/prevent nausea. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, dry mouth, and drowsiness. Inactive ingredients may include: Corn Starch Lactose Monohydrate Povidone K29/32 Magnesium Stearate Is there anything else I can help with?
