I dont have the pill on me i was just wanting to know what a 5 mg methadone looked like. ## Since it is a generic, there are several tablets available that contain 5mgs of Methadone, so I can't really list them all, but here are the descriptions and markings to give you some examples: Rectangular, white, M in a square on one side, 5755 on the other. Round, white, 54 over 210 Round, white, E 21 Round, white, 54 over 162 Round, white, METHADOSE 5 Do any of these match the tablet you are questioning? ## My first bottle count tomorrow and my luck I am 2 of the 5mlg methadone tablets short .I have all of the 40 mlgs but just cannot figure if I dropped these or mistakenly took 2 extra WHAT CAN I DO ??
