will it be ok to take 2 x 500mg paracetamol and then 2.5hrs later take 1 tramadol hydrochloride 50mg ? ## Hi charlie, From what I could gather, the maximum amount of paracetamol (acetaminophen) for adults is 1 gram (1000 mg) per dose - up to 4000 mg daily. When used together, the combination is said to provide better pain relief than either medicine used alone...

A buddy was dispensed a bottle of 100 pills. Not thinking they were of any importance he put them away and forgot about them. While cleaning up I found the bottle and went online. These pills are white, oblong in shape, on one side it says TR then a score line then 50..... This would be Tramadol, right? The thing is the back of the pill is blank, no APO or Ultram. So are these pills 50mg Tramadol (bottle they came in buddy had ripped off the important info and left other info like Drs name). From what I can gather from reading this it does say Hydrochloride 50mg. I just cannot be sure as they lack any stamp/imprint of the back despite looking so much like the APO TR/50 Tramadol. I do have photos if anyone wants to see them, I appreciate any help in this matter. Thank you :D
