Unfortunately, exact dosing instructions for this medication are regarded as only being mentioned on the packaging label, and dosage requirements can vary on an individual basis. The general instructions note the following: Take Acetaminophen/Phenylephrine by mouth with or without food. If you miss a dose of Acetaminophen/Phenylephrine, take it as soon as possible. I bought these pills for sinus and they worked well.
