What can happen if i accidently take watson 407 pill? ## Hi, Sally! This is a 10mg Lisinopril tablet, it's an ACE inhibitor that's most commonly used to treat high blood pressure and certain cardiac conditions. If you only took one, you shouldn't run into any major issues, unless you're allergic to it or have a severe health condition that it could cause problems with, but you should call your doctor or pharmacist to be certain. But with just one, you may experience some side effects, such as nausea, dizziness and headache. Do you usually take Lisinopril?
