331 B White Pill

Having problems after taking for 3 months I need it for Addison Disease and all the symptoms I had before have returned. Now have terrible headaches ,blurred vision, trouble walking and talking. I have complained to Humana Phamacy and was told even though the size is smaller than what I was taking it is still same drug. ## This tablet is manufactured by Core Pharma and they list it as containing 5mgs of Hydrocortisone. Is that the medication you usually take? The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, acne, and fluid retention. Are you on any other medications? Have your symptoms ever returned, before?

round white pill, contains codeine ## The markings are sometimes hard to read, was it possible that it was actually 93 150 3? If Teva Pharmaceuticals lists this tablet as containing 30mgs of Codeine and 300mgs of Acetaminophen. Can you please double check and post back? Thank you!
