I am on adderall 20mg 4 times a,day for ADD and fatigue...adderall is generic and ir was curios if I ask shrink for an increase to 30mg 4 times a day or stick at 20 mg and add in ritalin 10mg xr 2 times a day sometimes I am falling asleep around 4pm and can't take an adderall or it will throw it all off in how many I have. ## Hello, Dave! Got prescription filled at a CVS and I was given the Actavis blue capsule 3060 (previously i had Teva and before I had the brand). The Actavis medicine was not only inefficient but It actually made me sick... I got a day-long irritating and unpleasant motion sickness like feeling. At least I know that this only happens once, next time sure I will ask. ## Hello, Soyla! How are you? What do you mean by saying that it was inefficient? This is a time released formulation, so you shouldn't feel some definitive effect of it all at once. ## It does not work because the active ingredient in the Activis brand genetic doesn't have the same active ingredient as Adderal. It's a brand new company in this game. Says so on both their website and the FDAs.

Please help me find adderall coupons for 20mg twice daily. There seems to be a limit on a lot of coupons when it says a month's 30 capsules. I really need help. If you're not on the time released, which I assume you aren't, since you are taking it twice daily, there is a generic available called Mixed Amphetamine Salts and it is much cheaper than the name brand product. As to the coupons, the only ones I have seen available are basically the same as the ones you have seen, they are limited to 30 capsules and really only give a discount at certain pharmacies that accept them. I got the orange pill with E404. It's from Eon Labs (Sandoz) 30mg. I don't feel the effect as I would on the CorePharma. ## This pill is indeed Amphetamine Salts 30 mg (NDC 0185-0864). I was taking 2 Adderall XR 30 mg. (60 mg total) very morning for years. I called for a refill a few months back and when I picked up the script, it was for Adderall IR. I questioned why the XR wasn't prescribed and the know it all NP told me that Adderall XR was NEVER given in that dosage and I was the first to request it. I recently switched from adderall xr 30mg to adderall ir 20mg because of the price of the medication. Now im in space and unproductive, moody and sleepy. WHY??? ## The XR was a controlled release medication, the drug is released slowly over hours of time to keep a steady dose in your body.
