The tablet that I am familiar with that's in the U.S. prescription databases has the marking R P 30, it's manufactured by Rhodes Pharmaceutical and they list it as containing 30mgs of Oxycodone. The FDA classifies this medication as being a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. I hurt myself really bad both as a kid and young man. My body is shot. As a kid on a 100cc dirt bike on the street coming down steep hill I lost breaks or panicked, anyhow couldn't stop ran out of road. Just me and about a 14" high curb stop. (new development). I hit that curb full throttle. My guess around 50 mph. No helmet. I landed in a brushy patch with rocks. Was unconscious for about 25 min. No MRI, back then I got X-rays, aspirin and was sent on my way. Because that happened. I got constant migraine headaches. My neck always and I mean always hurts. My vision gets fuzzy at times. I recently received some roxycodone's 30mg from India and they don't look anything like original blue 30mg roxies.. They look like maybe watson 10/500 hydro/apap or maybe 7.5 hydro/apap with lots of filler.. What was strange is the sealed packaging actually says roxycodone and describes the little blue pill with the 54 199 imprint used to identify the roxy's. These don't have any imprint on them. I'm sure they're not real or maybe some other sort of pill, but I'm very curious to see what the picture database pulls them up as (if anything as they're generic yellow looking capsules, but I also have the 10-pack packaging that claims there roxy's they were sealed in for reference as well. ## India has different marking rules than the FDA here in the US. Looks like a 30mg M roxy, but isn't. It's darker and smaller. It has a M on one side with the square around it like a roxy. It also has a 30 on the other side with a line under it, but the line is not in the middle like a normal roxy. What is this new pain pill with a 30 mg imprint and backwards e / 8? I can't find it online. ## @Lel, Please correct me if I'm wrong in assuming this, but it sounds like a counterfeit or foreign 30mg Oxycodone tablet. I have seen real round blue 30mg Oxycodone hydrochloride tablets with a crescent shaped "E" followed by a vertical score line "|" and the number "8" all on one side, while the other is blank... The only discrepancies vs that which you described is that the "E" on this pill is not backwards by any means (nor lowercase)...and the 30mg imprint is not shown. However if you are able to provide any info on the shape and/or color of the pill as well then that may help narrow down potential matches. Does anyone else here recognize this?

Bought 80's online dimple packs of 10 they say they are 80mmg Oxycodone hydrochloride; distributed by Rhodes, manufactured by Purdue.
