It only has 277 on it, not L277 like the others listed. Its round and peach.. I think some sort of advil or ibprofin? ## I believe I located your pill to be Januvia (100 mg); which is an oral antihyperglycemic (anti-diabetic drug) of the dipeptidyl peptidase-4 (DPP-4) inhibitor class. A round pill with the numbers 277 on one side and the letter IG capitalized on the other side? What is this? The pill is white,bottom part says 277,top part looks like sideways 8 with a diagonal line through it. ## I can't find this listed in any of our U.S. prescription drug resources. There is a good possibility that it is something available over the counter, however, it could also be a foreign medication. Was it found in the U.S. or elsewhere? Does anyone else recognize this tablet?

i found a white thick round pill. it had the brand name MILLAN on one side and 722 on the other side.the numbers were not clear ## There are several possibilities that match this, with the MYLAN logo on them, it's difficult to determine which one it is, without knowing what the numbers are. If I had to guess, I'd say it could be 277 MYLAN, which contains 25mgs of Amitriptyline and 10mgs of Chlordiazepoxide. Can you double check the numbers and post back, please?

a round green tablet with mylan written and the numbers 277 ## THIS IS NOT KOLOTOPIN!!! This pill contains Amitriptyline 5mgs and Chlordiazepoxide 10mgs, a generic for Limbitrol DS. Similar drug, but not the same thing. This is used to treat anxiety and depression. Some of the most common side effects include confusion, constipation and drowsiness.

pill is round viewed from top (where marking is) and convex laterally, red in color (not pink but really red) and stamped L227. Size is about 8-10 mm round and about 4mm thick at the thickest point.
