15mg Of Morphine The Same As 15 Oxycontin

I was on 60mg of oxycontin 3x a day, and cuz of my insurance company had to switch to 15mg of extended release morphine.. I am very concerned about the pain or withdrawal symptoms. Prescribed light color salmon/light pink round pill says 20 one side and ABG other side. Internet says it is Morphine. Prescription was oxycontin. Please advise ASAP. It comes in doses such as 15mg, 30mg, etc. You have a generic form of Oxycontin 20mg. It is oxycodone 20mg. It is the same time released drug as the name brand oxycontin. It is a schedule 2 narcotic that is very addictive. It is used for moderate to severe pain. Been taking these for 4yrs, Stopped making them. Doc gives me MS 15mg ER and tells me their the same been really sick for a week. I am currently taking oxycontin 40 mg and I going from a private insurance plan to a Humana PPO Medicare advantage plan and they don't cover it. Some of the other option they recommend from humana was Methadone, Hydromorphone, Codeine Sulfate, Fentanyal Patch, Morphine, and oxycodone IR. I know Oxycodone is the same active ingredient oxycontin but I also take Oxycodone 15mg for breakthrough pain. It helps somewhat but it does help enough. My good day after taking the medicine and having my spinal cord stimulation implant device on is a 5 but an avg. day is 7.5. To give you a idea what a five to me is I broke both of my arms with one bone poking through was a 5.5 and that is a good day for me. My doctor is very hard to get him to increase my dose. Has anyone taken 10 mg hydrocodone tabs 1to 3 tabs at once to help with your pain. I want to know what I can expect in the strength of 10 mg er once taken . Is it the same as 1 hydro or much stronger ? I have some breathing issues taking 10 mg OxyContin but not with 15 -30 mg.
