There have been several posts about these recently and people have received them as 100mg Morphine CR, a generic for MS Contin, yes, they would be the same. For months I have been taking MSER 100mg, and the shape is oblong, color is light blue and 100 is on one side and E658 on the other side. These pills have been working great. My last refill of MSER, the pills were different. they are round, either light brown or gray, 100 on one side and either a M or a W with a square around the letter. These are not effective at all. Has my pharmacy made a mistake? Can you tell me what company manufacture's each of these pills ?and can you tell me what the different ingredients are between the two? There has to be a reason why one would work so good and one seems like a sugar pill. 2 100mg morphine sulf er a day. Is that alot? ## yea thats alot . i was taking 3 had been for yrs changed me to pain management and he starting cutting all my meds in half. think they are doing me some kind of favor. yea right . wish he had a good dose of my problems and pain. When I accidentally took two and called the poison control line they told me that 200mg's was the highest they prescribe anyone and that's on their death bed. I was on morphine sulf. Er 100mg tab. rhodes. Then I got switched to morphine sulf. 100mg er mylan. These upset my stomach why did they change my meds. Like that?.I have back pain, even had serg. Is it just me or has ANYONE else had an issue with Rhodes morphine not working!!?? I've tried a couple different ways to get the most out of these and no matter what I do it ultimately does nothing for my pain. I barely felt like I took some Aspirin or Ibuprofen!! Like REALLY WTF!!!!! It can't just be me I'd like to know if ANYONE else has had this problem. I can't be the only one. Now I remember back in the day I took 2 x 100mg RED Oblong ones and got great relief and that always stuck with me that when the time came and needed to be on a high dose that would be a go to. I am a cronic pain patient. I have been taking Morphine ER 100mg for about 2 years. I took approximately 100mg of morphine under my tongue. Experienced chills and what felt like a fever (felt cold but should have been warm). Should I try vomiting? It has been some time since I've taken the morphine and feeling particularly light headed and sort of shakes with especially hot head/face. Breathing feels somewhat depreciated with approx 15 breaths per minute (judged by breathing in and out). I'm conscious but particularly woozy. What should I do? ## Praying you are well.
