Can anyone help? My INR is at 4.0. I'm wondering if I should skip my Plavix dose along with my Warfarin. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. ## I'm not on Plavix but when my INR is that high my dr. has me hold the warfarin 1 or even 2 days. When in doubt I ALWAYS call Walgreens pharmacists, they always give me good advice until I can check in with my doctor. ## Thank you very much I should have thought of that. I'm new to this and I freak out when things go wrong. I am having a hard time staying in range. I will make that call right away. God bless, Mike

With car accidents a couple of falls and I'm a dental assistan so imagine the constant movement of that area. Omgeez!! My ? Is if anyone knows of any pm doctors that won't make me feel bad about being in constant pain. I have a great neurologist but I'm moving and won't have much time to travel. That could be your best bet for finding one that will understand your condition and not be uptight and worried about your requiring pain medications. Otherwise, you'll likely get more responses if you can post back with your general location. California is pretty big....
