Dyphylline

Diprophylline (INN)[1] or dyphylline (USAN) (trade names Dilor, Lufyllin), is a xanthine derivative with bronchodilator and vasodilator effects. It is used in the treatment of respiratory disorders like asthma, cardiac dyspnea, and bronchitis.
