Xyzal is levocetirizine dihydrochloride. It is NOT Zyrtec. It is similar to Claritin but is NOT Claritin. It is an antihistamine just like Zyrtec, Claritin or Benadryl and yes it is non-drowsy.

Zyxal is the non-drowsy formulation of Zyrtec, and is currently only available by prescription.
