Zorimax With Ciproflaxin

I started having symptoms of a uti and got zorimax, two days later I'm have an onset of the initial symptoms. Can I start ciproflaxcin until I go to the dr tomorrow and get my urine analyzed? In a lot of discomfort and can't be away from the potty to sleep
