Iv been on 25mg zoloft 6weeks and 50mg nearly 3wks when will it work fully

If you've been taking this medication for 6 weeks now without noticing any benefits whatsoever, I would begin to think something was wrong. Not to sway you in the wrong direction, as I know some antidepressants can take up to a month or so to fully build up in your system, but even then you should feel some sort of changes in your overall mood...

There's been a number of lawsuits against Zoloft in the past (I used to see them on TV all the time), so I do hope that you're responding to it well. Posted below are a couple other discussion threads that may help shed some light on what else to expect from this medication:
