From what limited information I can find, both Zimovane and Zoc contain the active ingredient Zopiclone, which is used to treat insomnia, so they are both the same and neither one is stronger than the other.

Side effects may include: nausea, dizziness, metallic/bitter taste in mouth and bad breath.
