UpdatedZithromax (Brand) and Azithromycin (Generic Equivalent). Are they both, exact in all Ingredients, or, do they add other Ingredients in the Generic > Azithromycin ??

They do not have the same molecular structure on the active ingredient - Brand is a dihydrate and generic is a monohydrate - also have different inert ingredients as well - generic is made outside of US where there is little inspections related to quality control - on contaminates and greater than allowed by the FDA on residual solvents. I have take brand name about 5 times last 12 years and worked great - I took the generic and had really bad reactions - I feel as if I put poison in my system.
