Zifi Cv 200 - Normal Course Of The Drug And Side Effects
UpdatedMy daughter has been diagnosed with typhoid and the doctor prescribed zifi cv 200 tablet twice a day. She has a throat infection along with a high fever of 105 deg. fahrenheit. She has been taking the drug since the last 48 hours and has developed diarrhea. Since I cannot get in touch with the attending doctor I'm intimated to continue the normal course of the antibiotics and am also concerned about the side effects if any.

Diarrhea can be a normal side effect of an antibiotic, according to the U.S. FDA. She may also experience nausea, dizziness, headache and non-allergic skin rash.
You are doing the right thing, it is best to continue the course of treatment, unless her doctor instructs otherwise.
Is there anything else I can help with?
