Do you mean Difil 200? (active ingredients dyphylline and guaifenesin) If so this drug is used to treat coughing due to emphysema, asthma, and chronic bronchitis.

Common side effects are: nausea, vomiting, tingly in the skin, headaches, and insomnia.
