Does Zertalin work just as well as Zithromax? My Mother keeps getting this antibiotic from Mexico because she has no insurance and of course cannot afford to go to the Dr. She very sick every year with what ends up being pneumonia. I don't want her taking Zertalin if it's not going to work like Zithromax would. Can anyone help me?
