Zenzedi Dose Comparison

Compared to adderall 90mg a day what is a comparable dose? I need this for my uninformed Doctor.

Finding a comparable dose with any two medications would likely involve at least some degree of trial and error in order to make an informed decision. A "comparable" dose is also subject to one's opinion and not necessarily evidence-based factors, due to the fact that these medications are not created equally. Individual body chemistry, tolerance, metabolism, age, weight, etc, can all influence this opinion as well.

Zenzedi reportedly contains dextroamphetamine sulfate, whilst Adderall contains amphetamine + dextroamphetamine (Mixed Salts). Not to mention the different sets of binders and fillers that may affect bioavailability.

With this in mind, maybe it would be best to see a new doctor who is willing to work closely with you on finding more suitable treatment options, if that's what you're after...
