i want to know the side effects and benefits of the above mentioned zempred 4mg tablet with respect to arthiritis..is it safe to use this tablet?? and does it cures rheumatoid arthiritis properly??

why is zempred 4mg used? is it good for skin? how long it can be taken in a month?

Zempred4 contains 4mgs of Methylprednisolone, this is a steroid used to treat various conditions, including the inflammation associate with arthritis, allergic reactions, swelling and some severe forms or acne.

That said, no, it WILL NOT cure arthritis, there is currently no cure for any form of arthritis, this is intended to help with the pain and swelling associated with the arthritic conditions.

As to how often it should be taken, you should follow your doctor or pharmacists instructions.

Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and weight gain.

1) How long does long term use of Zempred mean to cause serious or fatal sideeffects?
2) My mother is 70 and is on Zempred4. She complains of dry tongue or no saliva in the mouth. Is this because of Zempred 4?
