Z36-100 Or Z38-100, Pfizer Blue Oval (not Diamond Shaped) Pill

Im wondering what this pill is. thing is, Viagra is diamond/oval and doesn't have Z36-100 or Z38-100 stamped on the other side. I only had a quick look but im sure what im describing is right except I don't remember if the number is 36 or 38. Ive researched on the web but nothing comes up except Viagra which is possible in this case. Any thoughts?

I haven't been able to find anything that matches this description, but there are many foreign generics of Viagra available that are frequently ordered by people online, so it may be one of them, I can't be certain.

However, I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you.

Does anyone else recognize this tablet?
