Right, I'm from Alabama man, I just found a f***load of these pills and brother you sound like you might have ate one of them pills. Could you tell me what the f*** it did to you? Let me know.

The tablet with the marking Z 3007 is manufactured by Ivax Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 500mgs of the antibiotic Metronidazole, which is used to treat various types of infections, and amoebic infestations. NDC: 00172-3007

The FDA lists it typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash, and diarrhea.
