As listed by the FDA, this contains the antibiotic Azithromycin, which is used to treat various types of bacterial infections. Typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea.

However, you shouldn't take it, unless your doctor has confirmed the presence of an infection, because taking it improperly creates the risk of your developing antibiotic resistant bacteria.
