Hi are the yi shou the same as the li shou? Because I have been taking the li shou for the past month and now they prescribed me the phentermine. Can I take both and if so how would I take them?

From the limited information I can find, this is a supplement touted to help with weight loss that is made with nature herbal greens.

That said, since it is not a prescription drug, it is not actually proven to help with anything and the side effects have not been evaluated for nor studied.

Does anyone else have any information or experience using these?
