Yellow Watson 820, Yellow Watson 843

Is the watson 820 4.5/0.38/325mg stronger than the watson 843 10mg hydrocodone 325mg?

Hello,

I was able to identify the yellow pill with the WATSON 820 imprint as aspirin (325 mg) + Oxycodone hydrochloride (4.5 mg) + oxycodone terephthalate (0.38 mg). However, I haven't been able to find a match for the other pill you are describing (yellow Watson 843). Are you saying the dosages for the Watson 843 pill are (325 mg) of acetaminophen and (10 mg) of Hydrocodone?

I've read that Oxycodone is generally 1.5 times more more potent than Hydrocodone, however it will really depend on the person taking it. From what I've read, some people find Percocets (Oxycodone + Acetaminophen) to be stronger than Vicodin (Hydrocodone + Acetaminophen) - and vice versa- so who's to say how your body will react.

Also, since I'm not a doctor and don't know your medical history or interactions with medications it's not really safe for me to tell you which one is stronger, for you. Have you considered speaking with your doctor about this?
