Any chance the imprint says C 20 as opposed to T 20?

A yellow tear drop shaped pill with C 20 inscribed on one side and blank on the other is reportedly identified as Cialis (tadalafil) 20mg, used to treat ED/impotence.

If it's of any use for comparison, the pill is stated to be approximately 12mm in size and the C appears to be somewhat italicized.
