Yellow Tablet Found At Home

I found a tablet in one if the kid's rooms that is round and yellow and has a groove through the middle. On one side it has an "R' and a smiley; on the other it has "A" above the groove and 321 below it. Thanks.

The yellow pill with crescent and R on one side and a A and 321 on other is a bacterial antibiotic called Metronidazole.

This is called Metronidazole. I've just been given it in the hospital and it is an antibiotic.
