was getting brown oval pill - is the yellow the correct rx?

What are the markings on the tablets? The shape and color actually don't mean anything.

There are some that are round and yellow, for example:

LU F03 is a 20mg tablet

M 543 contains 20mg Quinapril and 12.5mgs of Hydrochlorothiazide

LU F02 is a 10mg tablet
