Found in daughters backpack in aspirin bottle numerous round yellow small pills with a V on one side and#121 on the other.

I believe you may be looking at the logo upside and it's actually an A with a small p in it, with the number 121 on the other side and it is, indeed, an 81mg Aspirin tablet. It is the dose often used for blood thinning and heart health.
