Yellow Round Pill T 175

I found a round yellow pill on my floor that has a T at the top, then under the T it says 175.

I'm sure it's for ADHD.

The round yellow pill marked T 175 is a bad generic of methylphenidate. I have severe headaches and kept vomiting so I stopped taking them and my symptoms went away.
