Is the marking possibly E 76?

Sandoz Pharmaceuticals lists this tablet as containing 35mgs of Phendimetrazine, which is most commonly used to aid in weight loss.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, anorexia, nervousness, and insomnia.
