Is the marking possibly a stylized C followed by the number 20? Can you please double check and post back? Thank you!

If so, Physician's Total Care lists it as being a 20mgs Cialis tablet, which is most commonly used to treat erectile dysfunction. NDC code: 54868-4968

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, headache, runny nose, and priapism.
