From what I've been able to find this tablet is listed as containing 81mgs of Aspirin, it is the low dose that many people take for heart health, and blood thinning.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding, and stomach irritation.
