Yellow Oval Pill With B400 Imprint

my mom has these pills and they are yellow in color, an oval shape and have B400 imprinted on them, can anyone tell me what they are??

From what I can find, this is a product manufactured by Bayer that is an over the counter supplement claimed to help lower cholesterol, it contains plant-based phyto-sterols.

It is sold under the brand name Bayer Heart Health Advantage, though this product has been discontinued since this post was originally made.
