This tablet is manufactured by Jubilant Cadista Pharmaceuticals and they it as containing 50mgs of Losartan and 12.5mgs of Hydrochlorothiazide.

The FDA lists this as being used to treat high blood pressure and certain cardiac conditions. Its typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination and dehydration.
