Yellow Methadone Pill

PLEASE HELP...Is there a yellow methadone pill? That's football shaped? Idk anything about methadone but that I took a white bar one , one time thinking it was a xanex which I've been on 16 years& had thee worst allergic reaction! I almost died in the hospital for 4 days so allergic! Well I just accidentally took a yellow football didn't check the imprint thinking it was a zanex again cause there is a .50 milligram zanex..So my question is is there a yellow football methadone pill?? Please help will have to go to ER asap if this is a methadone!:0

It's never a good idea to take something if you aren't certain what it is and it hasn't been prescribed for you by your doctor.

That said, without knowing the markings on it, no one can identify it for you with any certainty.

Additionally, any time that you think you may be in danger, you should always seek emergency medical attention.
