I was given this pill for a tooth ache which I awaken with an abscess with my right side of my face very sore and swollen, what's with this I've never experienced this reaction ever with a tooth pain envolving the same exact tooth, why this and why now?

Those symptoms are indicative of a dental infection, so that tooth most likely requires dental treatment to correct whatever underlying problem has caused the infection. You will likely need an antibiotic, as well, according to the NIH.
As to this tablet, it is listed by Aurobindo Pharma as containing 300mgs of Gabapentin, which is not an actual analgesic, so it is not going to help with this type of pain. This medication can help with some types of nerve pain, but it must be taken consistently for 4 to 5 weeks in order to do so.
The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, mood swings and weight gain.
