If it has no markings, then it is most likely something that's available over the counter.

Manufactured prescription products are required by law in the U.S. to have markings to enable their identification.

The only exception would be things done by a compounding pharmacy, so that could be a possibility, but there's really no way to know for sure. However, they do use capsules.
