Yellow Capsule 215

Found a yellow capsule with blue numbers (215) in the middle. It's not mine. What is this? I have a baby on the floor sometimes.

It is manufactured by Ascend Laboratories and they list it as containing 300mgs of Gabapentin, which is an anticonvulsant that is also used to treat certain types of nerve pain and some mood disorders.

The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, mood swings, and weight changes.
