Yellow flat yellow pill with a fancy v on one side not scored and 4829 on the other. Was given to me by my pharmacist insted of round white 10mg .percocet. Its a new pharmacist, i have severe drug allergies as stayed in previous post. I forgot the numbers on the back. He had them labeled oxycodone 10mg C3. My other bottles aren't labeled by class, but Im pretty sure they were C2. Should I be worried? And contact my doctor. I'm not going to be able to take these, they must have yellow #10 door in them or one of the other bonding agents that cause severe allergies. That's why I stopped going to the va for treatment. Dr there couldn't treat me so they just call me an addict and let me suffer. I can not take Vicodin for the same reason. But i wouldn't think Vicodin 10mgs could be filled in place of percocet 10 so I didn't check before I left the store. And headaches are horrible????!!!!
