Can anyone tell me if Alepam can have an affect on Pericarditis or emphysema? And can it be taken in combination with Rabeprazole and Indomethacin? Any advice about any of this will be helpful thanks.

I didn't find any interactions or problems listed between these medications, but you should always double such information to be sure.
As to the pericarditis and emphysema, the Alepam can cause depression of the central nervous system, so with those conditions, you shouldn't take it, without your doctor's approval.
This medication also carries the risk of being habit forming and could cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache and irritability.
