Hi Meagan,
A lot of people have actually been asking about these diet pills. However, from what I've been reading, Sibutramine's legal availability (in several different countries) has been discontinued quite some time ago due to severe health risks. Since it's not for sale in the US either, your next best bet would probably be to wait around and find it from another international source next time you travel outside the country.
Knowing why it was discontinued, aren't you the least bit concerned about the risks involved with taking this?
