I have been gaining weight and I have an IUD MIRENA in me and I don't know what to do. Is there any possible way for me to not gain weight???? #PLEASEHELPME

No, but generally hormonal contraceptives only cause a gain of about 10 pounds. The only thing you can really do is eat a healthy, balanced diet and make sure that you get lots of proper exercise.

How much have you gained?

Other side effects may include nausea, headache, acne, irritability, PMS-like symptoms and breakthrough bleeding.
