I need the secondary reaction of this pill, and is or no possible to a girls of Fourtheen (14) year old

First, no, this is probably not safe for a girl of just 14 years-old. The FDA has banned this in the U.S. because they have found it to contain Sibutramine, which is a stimulant used for weight loss and only available in most countries by prescription, because it can cause serious side effects, such as: nausea, anorexia, nervousness, elevated heart rate and elevate blood pressure.

The company, however, in spite of the testing, claims that it is just an all natural, herbal product and as such, the side effects are not studied.
