Okay, I am very sorry, but I have been searching for information on this one for quite awhile now, as many others have asked about it, as well.

The only thing we can find that seems to fit is a product called Fruta Planta:


From the information on it, as posted by Roy in another topic:

It allegedly contains many natural ingredients (listed in Asian Writing), but the active ingredient might actually be Sibutramine (which was banned by the FDA due to health risks). Many people are reporting positive results with this as an appetite suppressant.

You can check CragsList to see if there is any in your area, but be careful and use at your OWN RISK. It is not recommended to use a medication which is not FDA approved, or without a doctor's supervision.
