Hello Doc slick,

I haven't been able to find a pill with the imprint xo 10. Did you mean OX 10 perhaps? If so, you are correct in saying that it is a steroid, also referred to as an anabolic or androgen. It is a white elliptical/oval shaped pill which contains the active ingredient Oxandrolone (10 mg).

In addition to being used as a steroid, it is indicated for the treatment of: turner's syndrome, weight loss, and alcoholic liver damage.

Side effects can include:

Changes in menstruation (periods).
Changes in hair growth or skin color.
Breast swelling or tenderness.
