Did you mean why you can't take it?
It's simply because it hasn't been studied in that patient population, so they have no way of knowing if it is safe, or not.
Xarelto is classified by the FDA as a blood thinner and its typical side effects may include nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding, easy bruising and joint/muscle aches.
